Position Overview: The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing Spotwork's relationships with key associations and partners. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving growth through effective partnership management. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending industry conferences, executing marketing initiatives, conducting webinars, planning dinners, and fulfilling a sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

Conference Attendance:

Source, plan and coordinate North American Conference schedules

Represent Spotwork at industry conferences and trade shows.

Network with potential partners and clients to promote Spotwork's services.

Identify new partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Measure ROI for each conference based on Top of Funnel deals generated

Marketing Initiatives with Associations:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with industry associations.

Create and distribute marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Event Planning:

Plan and execute networking dinners and other events to foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, guest lists, and event promotion.

Ensure events are memorable and aligned with Spotwork’s brand values.

Sales Function:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the partnership network.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive continued business growth.

Work closely with the sales team to align partnership strategies with overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the gig economy, staffing and workforce trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving growth.
  • Ability to travel for conferences and events as needed.
