Job Description
Kudos is looking for a driven and enthusiastic SaaS Mid-Market Sales Professional. The B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Mid-Market Account Executive will focus on lead generation, prospect management, and closing new business within the mid-market segment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage and close new business opportunities within the mid-market segment (typically 200–2,000 employees).
- Handle inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound prospecting to organizations that fit your Ideal Customer Profile using a mix of tools and research.
- Collaborate with internal resources to create momentum and drive value throughout the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with HR, People & Culture, and business leaders, becoming a trusted advisor in employee engagement and recognition.
- Understand each prospect’s challenges, priorities, and goals, effectively mapping their needs to Kudos’ solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations that showcase the value and impact of Kudos.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to Sales Leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in Salesforce CRM.
- Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams on prospect trends, feature requests, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to sales playbooks and help evolve mid-market sales processes for greater efficiency and success.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and other documentation using Salesforce and PandaDoc.
- Collaborate with leadership on planning, forecasting, and pipeline strategy.
- Represent and live our Kudos values, brand, and mission in every interaction.
Internal Collaboration and Culture
- Work closely with peers to continuously improve team processes and share best practices.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
- Participate in team meetings, enablement sessions, and company initiatives that build connection and culture.

Desired Skill Set and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in B2B mid-market sales.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close — with an average sales cycle of 90 days and deal sizes typically ranging from $25K–$75K ACV.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling value and ROI over features and functionality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Salesforce CRM, video conferencing tools, and digital sales platforms.
- Strong business acumen and consultative sales approach.
- Naturally collaborative, growth-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
- A positive, resilient, and coachable attitude — with a healthy sense of humor!
