Supporting the Director of Client Success will work with a team of passionate Client Success Managers in building trusted client relationships in order to enhance adoption and contribute to client retention and . Your proactive and strategic engagements with your accounts, will build strong relationships and ensure our clients continue to realize value throughout their lifetime with Kudos and ultimately driving expansion and growth.
Your primary focus and measurement of success will be expansion and growth within the assigned strategic roster.
Secondary focus will look something like this:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Kudos value propositions and thoroughly understand client outcomes and operations to ensure their implementation of Kudos will maximize their value of partnering with us.
- Drive Kudos product usage and client retention, with a focus on early identification of risks and improvement of overall account health.
- Construct effective strategic account plans and drive progress against them.
- Proactively negotiate renewals, driving expansion, and multi-year extensions.
- Consult with clients on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization.
- Engage clients actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in Kudos while identifying new usage opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption and successful renewal.
What boxes you need to check:
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an account management role, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry.
- Experience in organizational change management and project management are assets.
- Proficient with Office 365 and Salesforce.
- Experience with Customer Success platforms would be an asset.

- You build strong relationships and are a polished speaker able to deliver a high level of service.
- A deep understanding of how businesses operate and strong business acumen.
- You're creative and have experience in developing new ways to consistently drive value to our clients in your communications with them.
- You're tech savvy and can easily self-learn and navigate new platforms. You can then take this knowledge and educate clients regarding the best use cases of the product.
- Be someone who loves swimming in solutions versus problems -- you should be someone who spends less time worrying about the problem and more time focusing on how to solve it.
