- Consistently meet or exceed retention goals while consistently renewing customers
- Identify, position, and support account expansion opportunities through increased adoption, additional use cases, and new stakeholders
- Scope, advance, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain account plans that balance customer outcomes with long-term revenue growth
- Maintain regular, proactive touchpoints to build trust and identify opportunities to add value
- Use QBRs to connect product value to business impact, surface growth signals, and align on future initiatives
- Position Spark as a strategic partner within customers’ organizations, particularly for teams involved in real estate development and related workflows
- Tailor communication to a wide range of audiences, including executive stakeholders and economic buyers
- Actively listen for stated and unstated customer needs, adjusting messaging in real time
- Navigate moderate objections related to scope, value, and prioritization with confidence and empathy
- Build strong cross-functional relationships internally to advocate for customer needs and move initiatives forward
- Independently prioritize tasks and manage daily and weekly workflows with minimal guidance
- Plan and execute customer initiatives and expansion projects from discovery through delivery
- Identify inefficiencies in customer-facing or internal processes and recommend scalable improvements
- Produce accurate, reliable work and proactively identify potential risks or errors
- Analyze customer usage and performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations aligned to customer goals and business outcomes
- Use customer feedback to refine engagement strategies and inform expansion conversations
- Builds proactive, trusted relationships through consistent and thoughtful communication
- Balances customer advocacy with a strong sense of commercial ownership
- Is comfortable having strategic, value-based conversations that drive both adoption and growth
- Approaches challenges holistically and proposes practical, impactful solutions
- Acts as a product advocate, connecting advanced functionality to customer needs and industry best practices
- Consistently demonstrates and integrates Spark’s values in customer interactions and team collaboration
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, a customer-facing revenue role or 2+ years of experience working in New Development Real Estate or Proptech
- Proven experience managing and driving customer outcomes
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Comfort working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or revenue ownership
- Experience in new development real estate, PropTech, or adjacent industries, or a strong interest in the space
- 0–3 years of experience working with Spark products
- Experience using data to support renewal and expansion conversations

Compensation
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
