Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, email, and CRM to identify potential clients in the real estate development industry.
- Conduct cold outreach (emails, calls) to prospects and build awareness of Spark’s solutions.
- Research target accounts to understand key decision-makers and business pain points.
- Qualification of Leads:
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to assess their needs and determine if they are a fit for Spark’s solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established criteria to ensure alignment with Spark’s ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage your pipeline of leads within the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Track outreach efforts, ensuring follow-ups and updates are made regularly.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with Sales team members to ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
- Provide regular updates to the team on prospecting progress and market insights.
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- A passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the real estate technology sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and improve sales techniques through coaching and training.

Compensation
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
