Description
- Ensure delivery of assigned products/projects within scope and on time.
- Minimize project risks and disruptions.
- Improve project efficiency and effectiveness through process organization and optimization.
- Improve the accuracy of project timeline estimations.
- Enhance communication and collaboration within the project teams.
- Contribute to the overall success of the project management process.
- Enhance and contribute to product planning documentation and standards.
- Developing project plans, contributing to documentation, defining timelines & milestones, and collaborating on resource allocation.
- Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress.
- Identifying and mitigating risks and challenges that may impact project delivery.
- Reporting on project status to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborating with product managers, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment with business and product goals.
- Facilitating and leading daily product standup and project retrospective meetings.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of the product team’s standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Reviewing and organizing new bugs and requests as they are submitted.
- Maintaining a level of consistency and cleanliness in project management tools.
- Reporting to the Director of Product, providing daily updates on assigned projects & initiatives.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience with delivering projects within an Agile SaaS environment.
- Experience with project management and productivity tools such as Asana, Slack and Google Workspace.
- Experience with writing and maintaining documentation such as progress reports and SOPs.
- Experience with managing 3-5 projects and teams at a time.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience and robust understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
- Bonus points if you have experience in Proptech, and previously worked on software for the Real Estate space.
- You love collaborating with various teams and working throughout the entire organization.
- You are flexible and quick to adapt in a fast paced environment.
- You are highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- You’re open to learning the intricacies of a constantly evolving industry.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
