\nAs a Product Operations Manager, you will:

\nImplement and reinforce product development principles, processes, and best practices.
\nWork closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to drive adoption of new products and services.
\nStrengthen the feedback loop between internal and external stakeholders
\nEnable a culture of continuous improvement within the Product and Engineering teams
\nAct as a liaison between product teams and other departments such as sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering to ensure alignment and facilitate product-related initiatives.
\nSupport the execution of product roadmaps and release schedules.
\nSelect, implement, and maintain the tools and software that product teams use for tracking progress, managing roadmaps, and communicating among stakeholders (currently Mixpanel, Jira, Linear, and Productboard).
\nDefine, track, and communicate product performance metrics. Conduct analysis to inform decision-making.
