    • \nProject Management: Overseeing the proposal development process, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to the RFP guidelines.

    • \nProcess Improvement: Constantly evaluate the current proposal development process and refine it. Collect feedback, monitor performance and optimize the process.

    • \nProposal Enablement: Ensure proposal writers have the necessary tools, such as a content management system, and processes in place to support them.

  • \nExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • \n
  • \nStrong project management skills to lead proposal projects efficiently

  • Experience with proposals in a complex software/technology environment (ideally 5+ years)
