Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Demand Partnerships, our Demand Technical Account Manager role will assist the Freestar team in a variety of functions within the Demand team. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external teams to onboard and offboard partners, act as a technical resource, and project manage initiatives. Our ideal candidate is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping a people focused perspective and a collaborative, positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless onboarding of new demand partners, aligning technical requirements and timelines.
  • Coordinate and close the loop on partner offboardings. Ensure internal teams are informed of partnership changes and processes are documented accordingly.
  • Lead and manage technical projects, including audits, partner integrations, and optimizations. Serve as the primary liaison with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize, communicate, and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Conduct detailed audits of bidder and deal setups to identify discrepancies and opportunities, and ensure integrations are fully scaled and optimized. Provide actionable insights to increase revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Evaluate current workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Address technical inquiries promptly, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of ad tech experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry's complexities.
  • Understanding of supply-side platforms (SSPs) and demand-side platforms (DSPs) is required.
  • Experience working with publishers and knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) are a plus.
  • Knowledge in automations and robotic process automation (RPA) bots are a plus.
  • Proven project management experience, overseeing the end-to-end process of bringing new products or clients on board.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Products, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
