Sonrai Security is looking for a Sr. Manager of Marketing & Sales Operations to join our team and streamline our processes. As the steward of go-to-market technology, data, and analytics, you will be responsible for helping to make the company more efficient while fueling strategic growth through your insights and expertise. This position will report to the Head of Demand Generation, but in a true collaborative spirit, will work closely with the VP of Sales, as well as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ll be the owner of our go-to-market systems and the steward of data used to drive our teams forward, which means you need to work closely with the full GTM team. We’re looking for someone who has an ownership mindset and an inbox-zero mentality. There’s no job too big or small for you, and you’re willing to roll up your sleeves to get whatever the task at hand is done.
Your responsibilities will include managing the integrations and users of our best-in-class go-to-market tech stack, automating and testing campaigns, measuring program performance to report on KPIs and ROI, optimizing scoring and routing systems, recommending practices to improve marketing, SDR, and sales performance, and ensuring good data hygiene in our systems.
This is a critical role for the company and requires a highly motivated, data-driven individual who thrives in a rapidly evolving start-up environment. The right candidate is well-versed in marketing processes, technology (marketing automation and CRM), and analytics and is capable of operating both strategically and tactically to support the business.
You must have experience with Salesforce and Marketo. The role will report to the Head of Demand Generation. Candidates can be remote, but preference is given to candidates based in DFW, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the sales and marketing tech stack and data integrations, with an emphasis on growth & scalability
  • Manage lead, contacts, opportunities, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Build and segment target lists applying firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data sources
  • Drive annual planning process across the sales and marketing organization, including business modeling and compensation design, in close partnership with finance and other cross-functional leadership
  • Deliver core business metrics, reporting, and analytics, including pipeline, bookings, lead funnel & churn analysis.
  • Drive alignment across Marketing and Sales teams through data, systems, and processes.
  • Actively monitor, analyze, and report on end-to-end sales and marketing metrics from top, mid, and bottom-of-funnel performance to drive improvement in program effectiveness, pipeline/funnel velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Research and suggest new tools and solutions to manage data and processes better
  • Recommend business insights, reports, and tools that will lead to better prioritization and higher team productivity and optimize our return on investment
  • Work collaboratively to implement and manage lead and account scoring, routing, and management processes.
  • Work across the organization to develop mature processes for reporting of demand programs, including ABM campaigns.
  • Define long-term attribution analysis across all digital activities to closed deals.
  • Support regular interlocks with Sales/SDR/Marketing leadership to monitor performance against plan, identify key potential issues, track progress against key action items, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience managing marketing technology stacks, operations, processes, and analytics
  • 4+ years of Marketing Automation experience with at least 1+ years as Marketo (preferred)
  • Must have at least 4+ years of Salesforce admin experience (specifically with leads, opportunities, accounts and campaigns)
  • Knowledge with some or most of the following will be given preference: Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Apollo, 6Sense, Qualified, Nooks/Orum, Google Analytics, Docebo, Gainsight, Sales Navigator, Salesbricks, Suger.io, Clay, Zoom, Looker Studio, Crazy Egg
  • It is not required, but it is a plus if you’re also capable of understanding and reporting on digital marketing metrics along with basic HTML understanding.
  • Experience with creating, implementing, and maintaining executive dashboards of key success metrics.
  • Experience with monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to maximize ROI
  • Experience understanding and leveraging data from multiple sources to build actionable insights
  • Strong “pulse” of external Marketing and Sales Operations landscape such as trends, best practices, KPI benchmarks, go-to-market models, and productivity levers
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage timelines with stakeholders
  • Startup experience preferred
  • A working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy/protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA, is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • This role is 100% remote
  • Preference will be given to those based in DFW, Texas
  • Travel is occasionally needed for team meetings but will not be a primary need of this position.
