The Role
Solink is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to help shape our Devices & Infrastructure portfolio. This role owns the strategy and execution of the foundational systems that power our SaaS platform — ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence across the organization.
As the product leader on the Devices & Infrastructure team , you will define and drive the roadmap that enables our product deliver teams to build and ship with speed and confidence. You will partner closely with Engineering, SecDevOps, and cloud providers to evolve our cloud architecture, strengthen our security posture, and improve system performance and cost efficiency.
Your work will directly impact customer trust, system resilience, and Solink’s ability to scale. This is a high-ownership role that balances long-term architectural vision with pragmatic execution — helping us deliver on our mission to protect our customers’ people, profits, and property around the clock.
What You’ll Do
Define and own Solink’s devices and infrastructure strategy, aligning technical investments with company growth and security objectives.
Develop and prioritize a clear, outcome-driven roadmap for projects including hardware devices, cloud infrastructure, platform services, and reliability initiatives.
Partner with Engineering and SecDevOps to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
Translate complex architectural concepts into clear product & business requirements, success metrics, and execution plans.
Establish and track performance indicators such as reliability (SLOs/SLAs), system performance, security posture, and cloud cost optimization.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and developer productivity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to understand integration, compliance, and security requirements.
Balance long-term platform investments with short-term business needs, ensuring disciplined prioritization and on-time delivery.
Act as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage.
What You Bring
Must-Have
An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
7+ years of product management experience within a SaaS environment, with direct ownership of platform, infrastructure,hardware or cloud-based products.
Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture, distributed systems, scalability patterns, and reliability engineering (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience).
Recent and relevant experience using AI tools to conduct research, market analysis and develop high-quality, informed prototypes to accelerate product development.
Proven experience building and executing technical roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance considerations, and modern cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and manage trade-offs across cost, performance, and risk.
Comfort operating in a hands-on, highly technical environment — able to engage deeply with engineers and architects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
High emotional intelligence and strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in physical security, video surveillance, or computer vision platforms.
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, model deployment workflows, or large-scale data systems.
Exposure to observability, DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
Experience optimizing cloud spend and improving infrastructure efficiency at scale..
