The Role
We’re looking for curious, driven, and high-energy sales talent to join our fast-growing team and make an impact with some of the most recognizable brands across retail, hospitality, and regulated industries. In this role, you’ll take the lead selling Solink to licensed cannabis retailers and operators, helping them stay compliant, reduce loss, and gain real-time operational visibility in a fast-moving, highly regulated space.

Prospect with Purpose: Identify and reach out to brands you admire and customers who would benefit from Solink—using a smart, targeted, and proactive approach.
Own the Full Sales Cycle: From discovery and demos to pricing, negotiation, and close—you’ll lead every step with confidence and precision.
Deliver High-Impact Demos: Present Solink’s platform in a compelling way that speaks to each customer’s unique challenges and goals.

Nice to Have
Cannabis Industry Experience: Selling into licensed cannabis retailers or operators, especially multi-store or enterprise groups.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with cannabis compliance, loss prevention, and audit-driven environments.
Cannabis Retail Background: Previous work experience in a cannabis retail or licensed operator setting.
Security Requirements
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is CAD $118,537-$130,000 in on-target earnings (OTE), structured as 50% base salary and 50% variable compensation. At Solink, we’re committed to a simple and transparent approach to compensation. Pay is determined based on several factors, including your location, experience, job-related skills, and how you demonstrate them throughout the interview process. We make compensation decisions thoughtfully, with a focus on fairness, internal equity, and the impact you’ll have in this role.
