The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our rapid growth. You will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, supporting fulfillment through our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and ensuring accurate order, shipment, and inventory data across systems. You will leverage Salesforce and NetSuite to coordinate shipments across all carrier types (parcel, LTL, FTL, courier, and international freight).

This is an existing full time onsite role working 5-days a week at our Kanata headquarters.

What's In It For You

Impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-moving, high-growth environments and wants to deepen their experience across logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will play a hands-on role in keeping shipments moving, inventory accurate, and systems up to date, while helping bring structure and consistency to evolving logistics processes.

Career development. You will gain broad exposure across supply chain and operations in a hardware-centric environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. This is a great opportunity to grow your career as we scale, with the chance to move into a Senior Logistics Coordinator role and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and support logistics operations across systems. You will process and maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory data in Salesforce and NetSuite. You will ensure data integrity across CRM and ERP platforms, resolving system discrepancies that impact fulfillment, billing, or reporting. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across all carrier types and third-party logistics providers, including carrier selection, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and proactive communication to ensure on-time delivery and service level adherence.

  • Support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. You will support receiving activities, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counts. You will partner with internal teams and external providers to investigate variances and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Manage returns and post-delivery logistics. You will own the end-to-end returns process, including RMAs, swaps, and replacements. You will prioritize timely resolution, accurate system updates, and a positive internal and customer experience through to closure.

  • Act as the in-office logistics point of contact. You will support cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations. You will provide real-time logistics insight, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring alignment across functions.

  • Maintain SOPs and drive continuous improvement. You will document and update standard operating procedures, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will support ongoing optimization of logistics systems, workflows, and controls.

What You Bring

  • The experience. You have a background in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment, coordinating shipments across multiple carrier types. You are familiar with requirements for completing international shipping and customs documentation. You have experience with warehouse inventory control, including coordinating returns, return merchandise authorizations, and warranty workflow in hardware, electronics, or technology.

  • The continuous improvement mindset. You are willing to both learn and to challenge the status quo. You are analytical and can identify gaps and areas to improve processes.

  • The technical skills. You are competent in using Salesforce and NetSuite or similar systems in an operations or logistics context and you are proficient in Excel / Google Sheets. You may be familiar with third-party logistics and warehouse management platforms or you can quickly come up to speed.

  • The customer service excellence. You are an open-minded, adaptable individual who is excited about working in a fully on-site role five days per week. You have a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly and customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage escalations professionally. You balance speed, cost, and customer satisfaction, collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, and are willing to challenge and improve existing processes.

Security Requirements

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
