The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, internal teams, and stakeholders to help organize and coordinate the execution of various projects. This role is key to maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to project management while supporting the larger operational goals of the team.

What You’ll Do
Assisting project managers and other internal teams with a variety of tasks, including equipment ordering, technician scheduling, invoice approval, and other administrative tasks.
Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Handle customer onboarding tasks (e.g. creating virtuals, adding users)
Monitor equipment deliveries and ensure installs go as planned
Review, track and approve invoices before deadlines
Audit sites to confirm they’re online and data is flowing
Collaborate closely and coordinate communication between Deployment Project Managers, Sales Engineers, the Ordering Team, and external technicians
What You Bring
Must-Have:
1+ year of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack)
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on clarity and accuracy
Capable of adapting quickly to new challenges and problem-solving in real-time.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in CCTV, telecom, or tech-related industries
Hands-on exposure to project management practices or tools
Security Requirements
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
