The Role
We’re looking for a billing and reconciliation expert to take ownership of our high-volume invoicing—managing 20,000+ monthly invoices across customer sites.
Reporting to the Billing and AR Manager, the Senior Revenue Analyst will be a critical member of the finance team responsible for auditing, redesigning, and optimizing revenue-related processes. This role will directly support our billing transformation, including AI-driven initiatives, as we modernize our system stack and improve data integrity.
The Senior Revenue Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and play an active role in data clean-up and reconciliation as we transition from Hubspot to Salesforce, integrate with NetSuite, and connect our in-house asset management platform.
What You’ll Do
Process Optimization: Audit existing revenue, billing, and reconciliation processes; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Data Reconciliation: Perform complex reconciliations across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity despite incomplete or unstructured data.
System & Automation Expertise: Leverage advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions to automate reporting and processes; design and implement reusable models.
AI Transformation Leadership (e.g. billing portal implementation: Support and lead initiatives to adopt AI-powered tools within the billing function, collaborating on a roadmap for technology adoption.
Implementation Support: Participate hands-on in data clean-up, validation, and migration during system transitions; establish frameworks for testing integrations.
Prioritization & Execution: Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
What You Bring
Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and automation
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (preferably NetSuite, Salesforce, Hubspot)
Experience with deferred revenues in a SAAS environment is key
Demonstrated ability to audit and redesign processes
Strong skills in reconciling complex, unstructured data across multiple systems
High prioritization and project management skills
Comfortable with hands-on data clean-up and process validation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in the SaaS industry preferred
Exposure to AI tools or automation frameworks in a billing or finance environment
Experience with asset management systems or SaaS business models preferred
Security Requirements
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
