The Role
As a QA Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance and support high-quality releases of our internal Salesforce platform, including its integrations with NetSuite and Callhome. You’ll work closely with our QA Lead, business users, and development teams to execute test cases, identify issues, and validate data flows across systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a curious, detail-oriented student who’s excited to learn how QA contributes to agile software delivery.
What You’ll Do
Execute existing test cases for Salesforce features and related system integrations
Verify functionality and data accuracy across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Callhome
Explore alternate and negative test scenarios to identify edge cases
Log clear and accurate bug reports using Jira
Retest and validate fixes after deployment
Collaborate with QA Lead, business users, and developers throughout the testing cycle
What You Bring
Must-Have:
A strong interest in software quality assurance and enterprise platforms
Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Clear communication skills and a willingness to ask questions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A collaborative, team-first attitude
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
Eligible to work in Canada and available throughout Summer 2025
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Familiarity with the Software Development and Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC)
Academic or side projects involving software testing
Security Requirements
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
