The Role

As Solink’s Head of International Sales, you will lead our go-to-market efforts across the region, focusing on new logo acquisition, strategic channel expansion, and customer revenue growth. You’ll build a high-performing regional sales team, launch partner ecosystems, and deliver against ambitious growth targets—laying the foundation for Solink’s international success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the EMEA GTM Strategy: Lead and execute Solink’s go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region, aligning regional execution with global objectives and growth targets.

  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Hire, onboard, and develop a world-class regional sales team—empowering both direct sellers and channel-focused reps to exceed their goals.

  • Define Regional Strategy: Segment key markets, develop regional sales plans, and implement account-based strategies to target high-value enterprise opportunities.

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Champion outbound prospecting efforts, partner closely with Marketing to fuel campaign execution, and activate channel partners to build a strong, sustainable top-of-funnel.

  • Scale Through Channels: Identify, recruit, and enable channel partners and systems integrators—developing programs that support indirect sales growth and market expansion.

  • Own Forecasting & Sales Discipline: Maintain clean, accurate data in Salesforce, delivering forecasts consistently within ±10% of actuals and ensuring visibility into pipeline health.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and RevOps to refine processes, support sellers, and drive regional scalability.

  • Be the Voice of the Region: Represent the customer and market needs in internal forums—sharing insights with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to inform roadmap and positioning.

  • Act as Brand Ambassador: Represent Solink at industry events, partner summits, and key executive meetings—building trust and visibility with customers, prospects, and strategic partners.

What You Bring

  • Extensive B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Over 8 years driving revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels, with a consistent record of exceeding quotas and building lasting client relationships.

  • EMEA Market Leadership: 3–5 years leading teams and sales efforts across EMEA, with a deep understanding of regional nuances, territory planning, segmentation, and cross-cultural engagement.

  • Industry Expertise: Proven background in security solutions, retail technology, video AI, or adjacent industries, bringing sector-specific insights to strategic sales planning and execution.

  • Academic Credentials: Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Technology, or similar).

  • Sales Team Building and Scaling: Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and scale high-performing sales teams; skilled in establishing and evolving GTM strategies from early-stage growth through expansion.

  • Enterprise Sales Excellence: Expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with a proven track record of closing deals.

  • Data-Driven Sales Management: Strong discipline in CRM usage (Salesforce), leveraging data analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.

  • AI‑First Mindset: Comfortable integrating AI tools for content creation, personalization, and analytics.

  • Territory Strategy: Advanced skills in territory planning, segmentation, and coverage modelling across diverse EMEA subregions to maximize market opportunity.

  • Executive Presence and Communication: Polished presentation skills and executive-level communication abilities, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders across different cultures.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, with a builder mentality and passion for establishing processes and driving continuous improvement.
