Overview

Solace is seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads and measurable outcomes. This role is crucial for amplifying Solace’s market presence through targeted digital campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.

You bring a proactive, hands-on approach, consistently driven by impact and results. You possess a creative mindset and continuously explore new methods to boost engagement and drive demand. You're resourceful and always ready to dive in and do what's needed to achieve successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with Solace’s go-to-market initiatives, targeting key accounts and defined audience personas.
  • Establish clear, measurable goals, timelines, and KPIs for each campaign to align closely with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, social media, and website.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt and localize campaigns, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in global markets.
  • Regularly track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to derive insightful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Partner with product marketing and content teams to create engaging, high-quality digital campaign assets.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure proper setup of campaigns for accurate lead tracking and attribution.
  • Enable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by clearly communicating digital campaign details, ensuring they are equipped to effectively progress leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain detailed campaign overviews accessible to internal teams and stakeholders, facilitating clarity and alignment.

Who You Are.

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns with proven results.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, able to create compelling content for digital ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build productive relationships across various internal teams.
