Growth Marketing Manager, Demand & Partner Programs
SnapClarity
Kii Health is a North American healthcare services provider helping organizations navigate health with greater clarity, speed, and confidence. We connect individuals to the right care, faster, while helping employers, insurers, legal partners, and brokers improve outcomes, reduce friction, and get more value from their health investments.
Our services span Health Assurance, Occupational Health, Disability Management, Assessments, and related healthcare navigation solutions. Across everything we do, our focus is on guidance, coordination, and measurable outcomes.
The Opportunity
Kii Health is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Demand & Partner Programs to help drive pipeline growth and brand visibility across our key markets. This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, partner marketing, and event marketing.
You will help build and execute integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline for our sales team across the full Kii service portfolio. This includes campaigns targeting employers, brokers, insurers, and legal partners using channels such as email, content, social media, digital marketing, publications, and events.
A major part of this role is turning conferences, trade shows, and partner activity into meaningful brand exposure and pipeline results. You will lead event planning and activation, create pre- and post-event campaigns, support booth and session strategy, and ensure every event works harder for the business.
This is a hybrid role located at our Headquarters in Markham, ON.
This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with hands-on execution, understands how to use HubSpot and LinkedIn to build momentum, and knows how to connect campaigns and events to revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Demand Generation Campaigns
- Help develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that build pipeline for Kii’s services across Health Assurance, Occupational Health, Disability Management, Assessments, and related offerings
- Support campaigns targeting key audiences including employers, broker/advisor partners, insurers, and legal partners
- Build and coordinate campaigns across email marketing, content, social media, digital channels, publications, and other demand generation tactics
- Work closely with sales to align campaign themes, target accounts, follow-up strategy, and conversion goals
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs to improve engagement, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
Partner Marketing
- Support the development of broker and partner marketing programs that keep awareness of Kii solutions high across the channel
- Create partner-facing campaigns, enablement materials, and co-branded or channel-ready content that help brokers resell Kii services more effectively
- Help keep partners informed about Kii solutions, value propositions, campaigns, and key market messages
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to better support the broker channel with tools, campaigns, and communications
- Track partner campaign effectiveness and contribution to pipeline where possible
Event Marketing & Planning
- Lead planning and execution for conferences, trade shows, partner events, webinars, and other brand-building opportunities
- Manage event logistics, timelines, vendors, assets, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site coordination
- Build event strategies that do more than create visibility by helping attract the right audiences, generate engagement, and support pipeline creation
- Develop pre-event, at-event, and post-event campaigns that drive booth traffic, meeting generation, follow-up, and sales opportunity creation
- Help shape conference session concepts, event messaging, promotional plans, and booth engagement strategies
- Partner with sales and leadership to ensure events are well integrated into broader go-to-market efforts
Brand Awareness
- Support campaigns and initiatives that increase awareness and visibility for the Kii brand in the market
- Help ensure campaign execution reflects Kii’s positioning, voice, and value proposition across audiences and channels
- Identify ways to increase reach, impressions, and engagement through smart use of content, events, digital channels, and LinkedIn marketing
- Contribute to a stronger, more visible market presence for Kii across employer and partner audiences
Marketing Systems, Reporting & Optimization
- Use HubSpot to support campaign execution, lead management, tracking, reporting, and follow-up workflows
- Use LinkedIn Marketing and related tools to support audience targeting, paid and organic campaign amplification, and event promotion
- Track campaign and event performance with a strong focus on pipeline contribution and brand reach
- Build reporting that helps show what is driving awareness, engagement, meetings, and qualified opportunities
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness based on performance insights and lessons learned
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in demand generation, partner/channel marketing, and event marketing
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline generation
- Deep event planning experience, including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and campaign activation around events
- Strong understanding of how to turn events into measurable pipeline, not just attendance or visibility
- Experience supporting broker, channel, or partner marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign execution, tracking, reporting, and lead management
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Marketing and other digital channels used to build awareness and demand
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and moving parts at once
- Comfortable working across sales, leadership, and external partners to bring campaigns to life
- Strong writing and messaging instincts, with the ability to create clear, compelling campaign content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect campaign activity to business outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing healthcare, health services, benefits, disability management, occupational health, or related B2B services
