  • Lead wellness initiatives, including mental health awareness and training
  • Collaborate with doctors, safety professionals, and business leaders to reduce disability costs and arrange ergonomic assessments
  • Provide first aid, CPR, or AED care when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent is preferred
  • Occupational Health Nursing certification (COHN-C) is a plus or willingness to pursue it

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
