Who You’ll Work With
We are expanding our contractor clinical network and are looking for licensed mental health professionals across Canada, with a focus on Ontario (Milton, Brantford, Sudbury, and Waterloo), Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Quebec.
In this role, you will provide short-term, solution-focused counselling to clients facing a wide range of personal and work-related challenges. Services are delivered independently through virtual, telephonic, or in-person sessions, following Kii Health’s clinical guidelines.
You may also have the opportunity to support additional clinical offerings such as critical incident debriefings, wellness sessions, or educational seminars.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accept and manage counselling referrals in a timely manner
- Deliver short-term, goal-oriented counselling services
- Schedule and manage your own caseload
- Submit secure case notes and documentation via our online platform
- Close cases within an appropriate timeframe
- Participate in team check-ins or professional development sessions as needed
What You Need to Succeed
- Master’s degree in counselling, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or a related mental health field
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-master’s
- Registration in good standing with your provincial regulatory body or association
- Active professional malpractice liability insurance
- Comfort using technology for virtual sessions and documentation
- Independent, professional, and client-focused mindset
What Helps You Stand Out
We would love to hear from candidates who bring any of the following:
- Previous EAP (Employee Assistance Program) experience
- CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) training or experience
- Experience working with First Nation communities
- Background in addiction, crisis intervention, or adolescent counselling
- Office availability for in-person counselling sessions (photos required)
- Availability for evening or weekend appointments
