Who You'll Work With
Reporting to the Commercial Lead of the Kii Health Assessment Division, the Director of Property and Casualty (P&C) Assessment Sales is responsible for assessing clients’ needs related specifically to the P&C market, providing customized medical assessment solutions, and cultivating long-term client relationships. This position demands a proactive sales approach, with an emphasis on both external sales efforts and existing client engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Consult with clients to evaluate their assessment needs and recommend appropriate solution and a proactive and timely basis, to generate a high volume of referrals as a preferred provider.
- Negotiate pricing and referral terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients and Kii Health.
- Perform market analysis to identify prospective clients and monitor emerging industry trends.
- Apply proven strategies to generate leads and grow the customer base.
- Maintain detailed and compliant records of client communications and pricing/referral information.
- Deliver responsive and ongoing customer service, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Partner with team members to meet sales goals and drive collective success.
- Keep current on insurance industry needs and services to clearly articulate Kii Healths’ value proposition to clients.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 5 years or more of experience in P&C insurance referral sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations, building relationships, and generating consistent volumes of referrals.
What You Need to Stand Out
- Background as insurance adjuster is preferred

- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client needs and recommend tailored insurance assessment solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect and build trust with a diverse range of P&C insurance clients.
