Our product has created quite the buzz, so we need to add an Implementation Coordinator who shares our passion for innovative technology, social impact for good, and the thrill of helping companies grow.

About the Role:

We are seeking a curious, and highly organized Implementation Coordinator to support our Implementation Team from our Richmond Hill office. In this role, you will handle the administrative and support coordination of SmartONE s implementation and installation projects. You will ensure a smooth road in operations, execute, and promote effective communications among team members and stakeholders. This is a busy, fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and challenges that keep each day engaging and dynamic.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technicians, project managers, coordinators, management, and builders. Log, track, and update all parties on the progress and status of construction tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain updates on internal project management tools. Ensure all information is informed, current and accurate.
  • Documentation: Assist in creating and modifying project closure documents. Follow established guidelines and templates.
  • Issue Tracking: Track, document, and follow up on critical client situations, with informed clarity.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the SmartONE Engineering team. Monitor project status, schedules, and product requirements.
  • Cross-Department Interface: Communicate with other departments and staff. Review ongoing projects and address any outstanding items.
  • Resource Scheduling: Assist with scheduling technician resources as needed.
  • Generally: Follow all health and safety requirements. Additional duties may be assigned as required.


Required Skills:

  • Customer Service Orientation: Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong focus on customer service and collaboration. A healthy curiosity in how we perform as a business in implementing our solutions would be a strong asset.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptionally structured and organized. Capable of maintaining comprehensive task lists and following up with stakeholders. Must keep thorough written documentation and track all critical communications.
  • Time Management: Effective at managing time and prioritizing tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Passion for Technology: A keen interest in technology is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and via email.
