SkyPrep is a profitable and growing B2B SaaS company delivering a modern learning management system to mid-market organizations. Our mission is simple: The LMS Without the Mess.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our lead generation engine. This role is focused on driving qualified demos and marketing-sourced pipeline, not brand awareness or social media management.

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling acquisition channels that directly impact revenue.

Paid Acquisition

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting etc)
  • Manage LinkedIn Ads and other paid B2B channels
  • Manage PPL channels
  • Own paid budget allocation and performance optimization
  • Improve cost per demo, CAC, and marketing ROI
  • Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Use heatmaps and analytics tools (Hotjar etc)
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages and demo flows
  • Improve website conversion rates and demo booking performance

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy
  • Perform keyword research and content planning
  • Optimize existing content and improve technical SEO fundamentals

Growth channels

  • Test new acquisition channels (PPL, affiliates, partnerships)
  • Identify strategic partnerships that can generate qualified leads
  • Continuously experiment and optimize across the funnel

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
  • More demo bookings
  • Lower cost per demo
  • Increased marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Clear contribution to revenue growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation
  • Proven experience running Google Ads and paid campaigns
  • Experience optimizing demo-based sales funnels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable owning pipeline targets
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 CAD

Performance Bonus: 10–20% based on marketing-sourced pipeline and demo targets

Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000 – $155,000 CAD
