This role is Office Based, Dublin, CA Office

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Vice President of Enterprise Business Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of core enterprise platforms that enable our Go-To-Market (GTM), Finance, and Integration functions. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for shaping the application ecosystem that powers our revenue operations, financial backbone, and connected enterprise.

Reporting into the CDIO, this role will serve as a key thought partner to executive stakeholders, driving digital transformation across critical business processes including Lead-to-Cash, Customer success, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report. The portfolio includes Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, PRM, Marketing tools), Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM and MuleSoft as the enterprise integration layer.

The ideal candidate is a strategic systems leader with a track record of driving scalable, secure, and business-aligned platforms, capable of translating complex needs into simple, integrated technology strategies.

In this role you will:

  • Strategic Ownership: Define and evolve the enterprise application strategy across CRM, ERP, and integration platforms to meet current and future business needs. Align platform capabilities with company growth, go-to-market innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Business Partnership: Build deep, trusted relationships with senior business leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. Serve as a proactive partner who anticipates needs, co-creates solutions, and ensures technology investments align with evolving business strategies.
  • Enterprise Architecture Partnership: Ensure architecture decisions align with long-term goals, including scalability, flexibility, and AI-enabled automation.
  • Roadmap Leadership: Develop a multi-year roadmap for applications and integrations, aligning technology investments with strategic priorities and transformation programs.
  • Process Enablement: Champion end-to-end solutions across Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, driving automation, data integrity, and business agility.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of platform owners, analysts, developers, and integration engineers. Instill a culture of accountability, innovation, and business partnership.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success. Bridge the gap between business vision and technology execution.
  • Governance & Delivery Excellence: Establish enterprise standards for solution design, release management, and vendor oversight. Drive delivery excellence through structured SDLC practices and KPIs.
  • M&A Integration: Lead post-acquisition technology integration and platform standardization to accelerate time-to-value and ensure seamless business alignment.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, including AI/ML in enterprise applications. Evaluate and implement tools that drive measurable productivity and decision-making improvement.

You have what it takes if you have…

  • 15+ years of experience managing enterprise business applications in a mid-to-large technology or SaaS organization.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Oracle ERP (Financials), PSA, Partner Management and Marketing systems.
  • Deep understanding of GTM and Finance process flows and how systems interconnect across the enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience delivering scalable and secure application and integration architectures.
  • Track record of cultivating and leading high-performing teams that implement integrated strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to act decisively with supporting rationale
  • Reputation for accurately and quickly assessing problems, thinking critically about solutions, and leading teams through problem-solving
  • Effective people manager who actively provides direction, guidance, and feedback to strengthen knowledge, develop skills, accomplish tasks, and solve problems
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities. Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or Business or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS, subscription, or high-growth enterprise.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI-enabled automation within CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Background supporting M&A technology integration and post-acquisition

The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
