Short Summary The Reseller Enablement Consultant will design and deliver enablement programs that help reseller partners confidently position, sell, scope, and transition Cornerstone opportunities into successful customer implementations. This role sits at the intersection of partner sales readiness, services awareness, customer expectation setting, and post-sale handoff quality. The successful candidate will work closely with Alliances, Partner Success, Sales, Services, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, and regional teams to ensure reseller partners have the knowledge, tools, messaging, and process understanding needed to represent Cornerstone effectively. The role will help partners connect commercial conversations to realistic delivery outcomes, reducing handoff friction and improving customer confidence. Role Purpose This role enables reseller partners to understand Cornerstone’s value proposition, solution positioning, sales plays, services models, implementation considerations, customer readiness factors, and transition points between sales and delivery. The consultant will ensure reseller partners are not only trained on what to sell, but also understand how their positioning and scoping decisions affect implementation success and long-term customer outcomes. In this role you will: • Design and deliver scalable reseller partner enablement programs for a SaaS channel ecosystem, covering solution positioning, sales readiness, services awareness, implementation considerations, and customer outcome alignment. • Create onboarding and continuous readiness pathways for reseller partner sales, pre-sales, partner managers, and customer-facing teams to improve partner confidence, productivity, and commercial execution. • Develop partner-facing resources such as sales playbooks, solution messaging guides, services overview materials, handoff checklists, qualification guides, objection handling content, and customer expectation-setting tools. • Enable reseller partners to understand Cornerstone’s services delivery models, implementation scope, delivery dependencies, customer responsibilities, and transition points from sale to implementation. • Partner with Alliances, Partner Management, Sales, Solution Consulting, Services, Product Marketing, and regional teams to align reseller enablement with SaaS go-to-market priorities, partner program requirements, and revenue growth objectives. • Support reseller partners in positioning implementation services, adoption support, and customer success considerations as part of the overall customer value conversation. • Identify enablement opportunities that improve partner-sourced pipeline quality, win rates, sales cycle efficiency, services attach, implementation readiness, and overall revenue contribution. • Collect reseller feedback, identify common knowledge gaps, and recommend improvements to partner content, processes, and readiness programs. • Define, track, and report on enablement impact using participation, completion, feedback, readiness progress, partner adoption, commercial influence, and revenue-related outcome measures. • Support product release readiness, campaign enablement, partner launch activities, and region-specific reseller enablement needs across the channel network. • Promote consistent, compliant, and customer-centric messaging across reseller partner channels. You’ve got what it takes if you: • Experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel sales, solution consulting, product marketing, customer success, professional services, or enterprise SaaS sales support. • Strong understanding of reseller or channel partner models, partner onboarding, sales readiness, and indirect go-to-market motions. • Ability to translate product, services, and implementation concepts into practical partner-facing sales and readiness content. • Confident facilitator with experience delivering virtual and in-person enablement to commercial and customer-facing audiences. • Strong collaboration skills across Alliances, Sales, Partner Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Services, and Operations. • Ability to balance commercial enablement with realistic services positioning and customer outcome expectations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, polished, and engaging partner content. • Experience in HR technology, learning technology, enterprise SaaS, workforce transformation, or talent management is desirable. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. • Availability to support partners and teams across multiple time zones.
