What We're Looking For: An energetic, seasoned sales closer with proven success in B2B consultative sales; exceptional organizational skills for complex sales with multiple influencers; a clear, empathic, ethical, and effective communicator; a problem solver who gains satisfaction from customer success; passion for helping non-profits (volunteering experience preferred). What You'll be Doing: Sell SilkStart’s CMS+CRM SaaS solutions to non-profits and associations in North America; conduct solution-based online presentations; manage decision processes with Executive Directors and Boards; close sales; focus on qualification and closing rather than cold-calling thanks to pre-booked appointments. Must Haves: Proven sales closer able to build rapport and quickly understand prospect needs; strong objection handling; ability to control the sales process end-to-end; organized and able to manage a high-volume, fast-paced, short-cycle pipeline.
