About the role
As Lead Product Manager, you will be a driving force behind the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship product, our AI Management System. You will be responsible for working with a core team of engineers, data scientists and designers to build a category-creating product that enables major health systems to adopt and scale AI responsibly. You will drive product vision, strategy, and execution in order to meet ambitious company goals, working closely with clinical and functional leaders at our strategic health system partners in the US and Canada.

- Cultivating a deep understanding of customer needs, emerging industry and AI trends, and our core technology
- Working closely with a high performing team of engineers, data scientists, implementation managers, and designers to build a powerful product that makes managing complex and high-stakes healthcare AI oversight easy and intuitive
- Partnering with go-to-market and deployment teams to support launch planning and customer training
- Collaborating with a diverse set of external stakeholders, including health system executives, clinicians, and other frontline users to understand and validate current and emerging user needs
- Working with industry groups, such as the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) and the Health Management Academy, to understand and shape emerging healthcare AI governance policy and practices
Note that this role involves being on the road 1 – 2x/quarter to work closely with strategic partners in the US and attend industry conferences and events.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS
- A note on experience: we’re not sticklers on years in seat. We need someone to independently drive strategy and execution for a core and complex early-stage product. If you think you can do this well
despite fewer years of experience, feel free to apply – we will consider all applications.
- Demonstrated success shipping B2B software, with a strong preference for experience in enterprise healthcare
- Strong technical acumen: understand core concepts in AI development, validation and monitoring
- Strong communicator: able to distill complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders—technical, clinical, regulatory, and executive—and drive alignment
Bonus points for
- Experience working with healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or regulatory frameworks (FDA, HIPAA, ISO 42001)
- Experience with early-stage, zero-to-one products
- Experience building for large enterprises and on products that involve complex integrations
- Experience with AI risk management, model governance, or MLOps platforms
