Job Overview

This Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that drive conversion and growth, engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a strong blend of content development, campaign execution, product marketing, and market insight. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, analytical marketer with a deep understanding of B2B audiences and a proven ability to translate strategy into results across channels. This individual will work closely with go-to-market and product teams to shape product launch strategies, enhance the sales process, align cross-functional execution, and continuously optimize performance to maximize impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop marketing content, including sales enablement materials, thought leadership, campaign assets, and educational resources that support both acquisition and retention goals.
  • Lead execution of integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels, email, webinars, and events to generate leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints, while tailoring value propositions to align with the needs and priorities of specific ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
  • Drive product adoption and customer engagement across target segments through clear, value-driven communication and supporting assets such as training guides, FAQs, and how-to content.
  • Build go-to-market strategies for new products and features and manage cross-functional execution—including updates to sales tools, website content, enablement materials, and launch assets.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in roadmap communications, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to gather and synthesize customer feedback, helping to shape product direction and inform messaging and campaign planning.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform positioning, identify opportunities, and ensure differentiation in a fast-evolving landscape.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for industry conferences, events, and webinars to increase brand visibility and drive qualified engagement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of core buyer personas, their motivations, and preferred engagement channels—translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Provide performance reporting and campaign analysis, using data to optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI to internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Strong analytical acumen with hands-on experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional work spanning marketing, sales, product, and external agencies/vendors.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
  • Strategic vision combined with creative problem-solving capabilities.
