Job Description:

The Senior Supply Chain Manager at Sienci Labs is responsible for leading the supply chain team and working closely with production and other departments to oversee purchasing, inventory, logistics, and material flow, ensuring the efficient movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supporting smooth production operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Delegating projects and work between members of the supply chain team
• Overseeing the administration, compliance, and management of our MRP/ERP systems
• Coordinating with production teams to ensure the timely availability of materials
• Measuring and managing main KPIs and reporting back to key members of the team and the company as a whole
• Communicating with quality control and design engineers to address quality and design issues
• Developing guidance and projections for forward thinking planning and strategy for supply chain and procurement, budgeting, and inventory management

Required skills/experience:

• +10 years of relevant supply chain and production experience in a managerial capacity
• Experience with CNC and other manufacturing and prototyping systems

This is a full-time, permanent, in-person only position based at our Waterloo, ON office.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
