*This is an opportunity for those located in the Indianapolis area. While the role is primarily remote, there is an expectation to sometimes attend customer and internal meetings in-person.*

What it means to be a Professional Services Specialist:

As a Professional Services Specialist, you will be key to our Customer Success team. You will complete various projects to assist new Delivra customers and existing customers in implementing new features. Daily, you will be fulfilling onboarding needs, working to meet project timelines and making customers feel confident in their decision to entrust our team with their marketing automation success.

We get it, you want to know what you’re signing up for before you apply, right? This is what you need to know: as the Professional Services Specialist at Delivra, you will use your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to ensure each customer is set up for success from day one!

How you will impact the business:

Fulfill implementation needs:

  • Play a key role in customer onboarding from contract signature through the completion of feature adoption to ensure customers are set up for success in Delivra’s platform

  • This role will be responsible for account setup, user activity monitoring, building automated workflows, data migrations and managing automated onboarding processes for new customers


Fulfill general services needs:

  • Manage monthly design and deploy projects for Delivra customers

  • Assist with design requests: Use the Delivra product’s Drag & Drop editor to create forms, landing pages and emails for existing customers

Create customer resources:

  • Assist in writing and sending emails to Delivra customers using Delivra’s software.

  • Assist in creating/maintaining onboarding & training resources such as guides, help articles or videos, as well as participate in live customer webinars


Offboard customers:

  • When a customer cancels, follow standardized procedures to deactivate accounts and create a smooth transition for all stakeholders

Customer Success team projects:

  • Contribution to quarterly OKR projects and assist in fulfillment of other internal projects, including keeping process documents up-to-date and building automations to optimize internal processes

  • Other duties as assigned

Your First 2 Months:

After 2 weeks:

  • Learn about Delivra features and functionality to develop an understanding of how our customers use the platform

  • Shadow team members as they perform onboarding and professional services tasks to understand general workflows

  • Gain basic understanding of the various software tools needed for your position (Slack, Zoho Desk, Totango, etc.)

After 1 month:

  • Own monitoring tasks for customers in our digital onboarding program

  • Understand current open projects and your role in fulfilling team’s needs

  • Be able to demonstrate creating accounts, building email using drag and drop editor, and setting up simple drip campaign in Delivra

After 2 months:

  • Own the customer offboarding process

  • Fulfill onboarding and professional services tasks assigned by your manager

  • Begin to assist in resource creation, such as:

    • email content development for our customer communications

    • documenting/updating onboarding and internal team processes in our Knowledgebase

Technical/Professional Experience and Skills:

  • Tech savvy: solid software skills, with an emphasis on SaaS applications

  • Track record of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects

  • Previous experience supporting internal and external customers

  • Consultative approach to meeting customers’ strategic goals

  • Ability to dissect and understand customer-communicated needs and guide them toward solutions

  • Outstanding communication skills: ability to adapt communication style when speaking with various audiences (IT teams, Graphic Designers, Marketing Directors, etc.)

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Self-motivated: willing to take initiative to proactively solve problems

  • Naturally curious; continuous learner mindset

Requirements:

  • Associates degree, or equivalent level of education and/or experience

  • Experience in customer facing roles

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience working in a SaaS environment especially in either marketing automation solutions or software implementation project management

  • Demonstrated success coaching customers using a variety of tools including written resources, video tutorials, and webinars

  • Basic HTML understanding and skills

  • Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, AI programs (ChatGPT), MS Office, and software/ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Help etc.
