What it means to be a Product Manager
We get it, you want to know what you’re signing up for before you apply, right? This is what you need to know. As a Product Manager at Paved, you’ll be responsible for:
Own the Product Lifecycle: Drive the full lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that every step is aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: Translate strategic vision into detailed product requirements, competitive positioning, and actionable roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Tech, and Marketing teams to craft innovative solutions and seamless user experiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics (including Mixpanel) and user research to continuously improve product features and overall Lifetime Value (LTV).
Market & Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.
Stakeholder Management: Lead regular grooming sessions and maintain clear communication across teams, ensuring priorities are aligned with quarterly goals.

After 1 week
Complete onboarding and meet your key collaborators across Design, Tech, and Marketing.
Gain a solid understanding of Paved’s product portfolio and current initiatives.
Attend your first grooming session and get set up with essential tools and access.

After 1 month
Develop proficiency with our analytics tools, especially Mixpanel, to monitor product performance.
Begin creating and refining wireframes, detailed product requirements, and user stories.
Establish a clear grasp of the competitive landscape and identify early opportunities for enhancement.

After 6 months
Demonstrate measurable improvements in key product KPIs, particularly in user engagement and LTV.
Own the successful rollout of new features or product enhancements that significantly benefit our users and business.
Be recognized as a key driver of product innovation and a trusted collaborator across teams, consistently pushing forward strategic initiatives.
What we would like to see in you
Every Redbricker has three things in common: We’re curious, passionate, and good-humored. We try our best to balance hard work with good, old-fashioned fun. As a Product Manager at Paved, there are extra specialties we’re on the lookout for:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Management.
A Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience; technical or software experience is a bonus.
A strong analytical mindset, with proven experience using analytics tools (ideally Mixpanel) to drive product decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in agile development environments, using tools like Clickup, JIRA, or Asana.
A track record of driving product innovation and successfully launching new products or features.
A passion for building products that delight users, paired with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
