Director of Growth Marketing

We are looking for a seasoned, results-oriented marketing leader. You will inherit a strong foundation: a capable team, proven GTM programs, and consistent pipeline generation. Your mandate is to significantly scale the pipeline over the next 12 months.About the Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned, results-oriented marketing leader to help us own and scale this category opportunity.
- Expanding our reach within core ICP segments (installers, EPCs, O&M providers)
- Elevating performance across existing demand channels
- Introducing new growth engines (enterprise ABM, customer-led growth, events)
This role goes beyond demand generation—you will shape how Scoop is positioned as the operational backbone for companies in the renewable industry, helping define and lead our category.
This is an ideal role for a player-coach who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to scale from early traction to repeatable growth.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Growth & Demand Generation
- Own marketing KPIs and pipeline targets in close partnership with Sales, with clear accountability for outcomes
- Significantly scale qualified pipeline generation over the next 12 months
- Optimize performance across inbound, outbound, paid, and lifecycle channels
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel (visitor → MQL → SQL → opportunity)
Enterprise & ABM Motion
- Design and launch a targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
- Partner closely with Sales to pursue mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Build repeatable plays for multi-threaded engagement and deal acceleration
Customer-Led Growth
- Develop and execute a customer engagement and referral program in partnership with CX
- Activate advocates, case studies, and community-driven growth loops
- Turn customer success into a measurable pipeline driver
Events & Brand Programs
- Build a scalable events engine (webinars, workshops, trade shows, customer events)
- Elevate Scoop’s brand presence and thought leadership
- Ensure events are tightly integrated with pipeline generation goals
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor a team of high-potential marketers
- Raise the bar on strategic thinking, execution quality, and accountability
- Introduce structure, planning rigor, and performance measurement
What Success Looks Like
- Meaningful increase in monthly qualified opportunities and overall pipeline
- A predictable, data-driven pipeline generation engine
- Successful launch of multiple new growth channels (e.g., ABM, referrals, events)
- A stronger, more strategic and accountable marketing team
Who You Are
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with experience scaling growth
- Proven track record of owning marketing KPIs and pipeline targets, and delivering measurable results
- Experience building or running ABM and enterprise GTM motions
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (demand gen, lifecycle, brand, product marketing)
- Comfortable as a player-coach—strategic but hands-on
- Data-driven, organized, and highly accountable
