Senior Customer Success Manager (Contract)
We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Brazil to join our global team as a full-time, long-term contractor. This is not a freelance or part-time role. You will be a core, fully integrated member of the team, working closely with customers and internal teams across North America.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a defined book of business of mid-market customers, owning retention, growth, and adoption, with accountability toward expanding customer value over time
- Lead onboarding and implementation of operational workflows using Scoop’s technology platform
- Run regular customer check-ins and performance reviews
- Identify and help advance expansion opportunities in collaboration with account management and sales, demonstrating strong commercial judgment and ownership of growth outcomes
- Analyze usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Support the development of customer success processes and best practices
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team improvement
- Maintain a high customer interaction cadence (typically 4–5 customer meetings per day) while driving outcomes between meetings
Who We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS
- At least 3–5 years of experience working with a B2B SaaS company based in Canada, the United States, or another English-speaking market
- Strong experience working with international or North American customers
- High level of organization, responsiveness, and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations and real-time collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities with strong follow-through, data & process hygiene
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Comfort working with structured processes, tools, and remote collaboration environments
- Demonstrated ability to identify and progress revenue opportunities within a customer base (upsell / expansion mindset)

- Availability during core overlapping hours with North America
- This role requires 100% professional focus and commitment to Scoop during working hours
