We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and proactive Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our high-growth team. Scoop Robotix is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager ready to take the next step into strategic ownership and leadership within a fast-scaling SaaS company powering the new energy and e-mobility infrastructure transition.

This role is ideal for a seasoned CSM who thrives on:

What You’ll Do

  • Own a defined book of business of mid-market and enterprise customers with full accountability for retention, expansion, and customer health, with a strong focus on revenue growth within accounts
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and workflow design across customers’ operational environments
  • Run regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Partner with sales and account management on expansion strategy and deal execution, with a strong commercial mindset toward identifying and advancing growth opportunities
  • Leverage product usage and operational data to proactively manage risk and growth
  • Contribute to and help scale:
    • Customer success playbooks
    • Health scoring frameworks
    • Lifecycle programs
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer challenges
  • Mentor and support other CSMs as the team grows
  • Maintain a high customer interaction cadence (typically 4–5 customer meetings per day) while driving outcomes between meetings

Who We’re Looking For

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapid communication and execution expectations
  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or hybrid roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success managing mid-market / enterprise portfolios with strong GRR & NRR performance
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems and translate them into scalable workflows
  • Experience working with CRM-like or operational platforms (no-code / configurable systems)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through, urgency in execution, data & process hygiene
  • Excellent communicator across technical and executive audiences
  • Experience contributing to program design and team development
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving upsell/expansion within existing accounts

Nice to Have

  • Experience in solar, new energy and e-mobility infrastructure, EV, or field service industries
  • Familiarity with iPaaS or BI tools (Zapier, Make, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Experience delivering customer training or enablement content
