Account Executive (Contract)
This is a role for an emerging AE with 4-6 years of B2B SaaS account executive experience. You'll focus on selling into SMB accounts and gaining mentorship opportunities while building toward mid-market sales responsibilities.
About the Opportunity
Scoop Robotix is hiring an Account Executive based in Brazil to join our global team as a full-time, long-term contractor. This is not a freelance or part-time role — you will be a core, fully integrated member of the revenue team, owning pipeline and closing deals with North American customers. What You’ll Be Selling
- SCOOP: The AI-powered Central Operations Hub used by modern solar, storage & infrastructure teams to streamline operations.
- GLOO (iPaaS): A customizable integration platform for seamless connections across tools.
- LOOXY (BI): A business intelligence solution for real-time reporting and insights.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Run structured discovery calls and deliver tailored product demos
- Drive a high-volume, high-velocity sales motion (80+ meetings/month)
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize conversion
- Continuously improve win rates through coaching, feedback, and data analysis
Who We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of B2B SaaS Account Executive experience
- At least 3–4 years of experience working with a SaaS company based in Canada, the United States, or another English-speaking market
- Proven quota attainment in a high-velocity environment
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with rapid response expectations
- Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline management discipline
- Demonstrated consultative selling ability
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling into solar, renewable energy, or field service industries.
- Proven success selling to mid-market clients with deal sizes in the $20K-$100K ARR range.
- Ability to create quick demo videos or lead webinars to engage prospects.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach, etc.).
Work Expectations
- Full-time engagement (40 hours/week)
- Availability during core overlapping hours with North America
- 100% professional focus on Scoop (not suitable for multiple freelance engagements)
- High responsiveness across Slack, email, and customer communication
