Position Overview:
Why this role
You turn product signals into pipeline. You build the growth machine and keep it humming.What you’ll do (day to day)

  • Build interactive demos and internal tools (e.g., Browserbase/Playwright).
  • Ship small “growth hacks” weekly (predictors, scrapers, mini‑apps).
  • Own automation in n8n, Zapier, and Make.
  • Build and iterate an AI SDR for research, scoring, and first outreach.
  • Take early demo calls and tighten the pitch with the CEO.
  • Run SEO/AEO experiments (programmatic pages, schema, answer‑box wins).
  • Film short DevRel and launch content that converts.

Core responsibilities

  • Design event‑driven workflows with retries, idempotency, and alerting.
  • Integrate CRM, MAP, product analytics, billing, support, and data warehouse via APIs/webhooks.
  • Define tracking plans and clean schemas.
  • Create dashboards and one‑click tools for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Build the function. Hire 1–3 teammates within 6–12 months.

What great looks like (first 90 days)

  • Lead intake → enrichment → routing under 5 minutes SLA.
  • AI SDR pilot that books meetings with clear attribution.
  • 6–10 growth experiments shipped. Keep winners, cut losers.
  • Programmatic SEO/AEO v1 live with indexation tracked.

You’ll measure

  • Lead response time, routing accuracy, workflow uptime.
  • Demo→Opp and Trial→Paid conversion.
  • AI‑sourced pipeline and bookings.
  • Organic lift: indexed pages and AEO placements.

What you’ve done

  • 5+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Growth Engineering, or similar.
  • Shipped real automations in n8n/Zapier/Make (+ custom code when needed).
  • Strong API/webhook skills (OAuth, rate limits, pagination).
  • Programmatic SEO/AEO experience.
  • Confident on camera and on early calls.
  • Solid SQL and data modeling.

  • LLM agents for GTM workflows.
  • PLG/PQL frameworks.
  • Security/compliance basics.
