We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic product initiatives, deliver market-leading solutions, and maximize customer value. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in software product management, excel at collaborating across teams and with customers, and bring a vision to contribute to the product team’s long-term success.
Functional Accountabilities
- Adoption Strategy & Go-To-Market Leadership: Develop and execute adoption strategies, overseeing go-to-market plans, documentation, and feature tracking to drive business goals and customer satisfaction
- UAT Oversight & Strategic Prioritization: Guide UAT processes, monitor issues, and set priorities for roadmap updates, ensuring quality and strategic relevance of releases.
- Lead User Feedback & Insight Gathering: Work with lead users to gather strategic insights, validating features’ conceptual value and leveraging feedback for more significant impact on the roadmap.
- Roadmap & Feature Set Ownership: Manage the overall roadmap with a strategic lens, focusing on product alignment, feature set ownership, and consistent progress toward long-term objectives.
- Customer-Driven Prioritization of Enhancements: Review and prioritize product enhancements, balancing customer value and strategic objectives to maximize impact and alignment with business priorities.
- External & Internal Roadmap Communication: Present and communicate the product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including customer webinars, to foster transparency, buy-in, and alignment with strategic goals.
