About the role

As a customer success expert with RVezy, you’ll be the go-to person for thousands of RV hosts and guests using our site. Whether you’re helping someone book their dream vacation, or getting them out of a sticky situation on the road, you’ll need to think on your feet and be ready for anything.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making people smile. If you’re obsessed with ensuring our customers’ happiness and always striving for improvement, then we want you on our team!

As a customer success expert, you will:

  • Provide world-class support to our users through phone, live chat, and email.
  • Become an RVezy pro, solving problems and making things right for our customers at every step of their journey.
  • Be the guardian of our data, ensuring that all customer interactions, accounts, and bookings are kept in tip-top shape.
  • Be the ultimate problem-solver, identifying and resolving issues or escalating them as needed to make sure our customers have a positive experience.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with our customers based on trust and open communication.
  • Be the liaison between the customer and the rest of the company, passing along their needs, wants, and feedback to help us keep improving our platform.

The role will require you to work from our office in Centretown 2-5 days per week (different depending on the time of year).
