We are looking for a ML Developer to join our team. RouteThis captures millions of data points every day using our proprietary diagnostic scanners across all of our customers globally. The insights from this data are invaluable to our customers and help to solve their customer problems faster and more effectively. In this role you will directly shape and help RouteThis unlock the value of this data for our customers bringing new products, services and capabilities to market.

We care deeply about our technology, resolving customer pain points, and getting stuff done fast and are looking for people who share these values and are ready to execute against them every day.

In this role you will:

Design and create models to uncover better insights and recommendations to our customers and their customers
Create new opportunities to bring value to our customers through the use of data
Design and deploy models that incorporate data from disparate sources including network scanning data and voice data gathered via NLP
Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of models and conduct continuous model training, evaluation and fine-tuning
Work with our application teams to incorporate ML recommendations and NLP solutions into our products

What you bring to the table:

Ability to work independently and part of a team to solve complex problems and deliver solid, scalable and secure solutions
Critical thinking skills and an ability to breakdown complex problems into manageable pieces
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build relationships within and across teams
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow or scikit-learn
Experience with transformer-based models
Strong understanding of data engineering and experience with building ML services in a SaaS environment to solve real-world problems
Experience with any of the following is an asset: AWS, Snowflake, Elastic, MongoDB, integrating with Node.js apps, WiFi and home networking standards, generative AI tools
