With 33 years of consecutive growth, and no plan to stop, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Senior Talent Management Partner to help design and implement global Talent Management solutions.
The Senior Talent Management Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role with the mandate to lead the design and execution of innovative Talent Management strategies and programs in alignment with Ross’s business goals, while ensuring we attract, retain, and develop Ross employees.
Who you report to: Director, HR Programs
What The Job Is All About:
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent management programs and processes, including job architecture, competency frameworks, performance management, and succession planning
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Client Groups to develop and implement and support Talent Management programs
- Support and facilitate change management related to TM program rollout to ensure adoption across the organization
- Cross functional collaboration with other HR/Admin functions to ensure alignment and integration of HR programs to facilitate smooth rollout of programs
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters, providing guidance and insights into best practices
- Identifying efficiencies to continuously improve our talent programs
- Build scalable professional development programs and tools that aid in growing employee capabilities and promoting career progression
- Assess talent management strategies to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are embraced by the organization
- Analyze metrics and propose strategies to improve employee experience, morale, productivity and retention
- Other duties as required
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Administration or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in a Talent Management or similar role, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership
- Considerable problem solving, and analytical skills to anticipate and navigate, talent related business challenges
- Experience with the progressive HR trends but in practical terms - not just a theory
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is considered an asset

Salary Information:
The pay range for this role in Canada is: 82,000 - 120,000 CAD
The listed salary reflects the pay range for a role based in Canada. Compensation may differ based on alternate locations if listed. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role-specific qualifications, and may be adjusted to recognize candidates accordingly.
