Product Management Operations Director is a senior leadership role reporting to the Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer. This position exists to elevate the overall effectiveness of product management across Ross Video, not by directing individual product decisions, but by building the systems, disciplines, and culture that enable great product management to happen consistently at scale.
This is fundamentally an enablement and influence role. The Product Management Operations Director will lead through partnership, shaping how product management is practiced across Ross Video's business units. Success in this role requires a strong sense of shared ownership, understanding what each business unit needs to thrive, protecting what's working, and introducing improvements that serve their goals. The Product Management Operations Director 's success is inseparable from the success of the product leaders they support.
The Product Management Operations Director is also responsible for defining the Ross Way to Product Manage — Ross Video's operational framework for product management excellence — and ensuring it remains aligned with the company's commercial and development strategies. This includes leading planning cycles, implementing tools and reporting, building capability across the PM organization, and driving cross-functional alignment across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to lead without direct authority. They are comfortable operating across both autonomous business units and centralized functions, finding opportunities in that balance. They are a strong individual contributor and strategic thinker who can translate vision into practical, scalable programs while remaining deeply attuned to the priorities and realities of the teams they serve.
Who you report to: Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

We value connection and collaboration, with plenty of events and opportunities to build relationships across the company. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about what we do and how we do it.
