What The Job Is All About:
End-to-End Process Leadership
- Steer the design, documentation, and optimization of the Plan-to-Produce (P2P) process across all manufacturing sites
- Own end-to-end workflows include planning, routing, scheduling, shop-floor execution, inventory management, configuration, and manufacturing close-out
- Ensure alignment between Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Quality
- Harmonized process variations across sites, product lines, and business units while
- Define and translate business requirements for the Infor LN Manufacturing suite (APS, Planning, Shop Floor, Costing, MRP)
- Work closely with Agile PLM stakeholders to align BOMs, routings, ECO workflows, and configuration management
- Partner with Information Systems to support solution architecture, prioritise enhancements, and participate in system design and optimisation activities
- Act as the functional bridge between operational requirements and system capabilities
- Establish and maintain global standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and process documentation
- Facilitate P2P governance forums, process workshops, and cross-functional working groups
- Support communication and training plans to ensure effective adoption of process and system changes
- Guide Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Plan-to-Produce domain
- Apply structured improvement methods (value stream mapping, waste research, data analytics) to identify and resolve system-level bottlenecks
- Improve the effectiveness of scheduling, capacity planning, shop-floor execution, and manufacturing data quality
- Manage or support enterprise-wide manufacturing and digital transformation programmes
- Manage project timelines, milestones, readiness assessments, and cross-site implementation activities
- Support UAT cycles and ensure business processes align with system capabilities prior to deployment
- Influence stakeholders across functions and global locations without direct line authority
- Ensure P2P processes comply with corporate quality standards (ISO, IPC, etc.)
- Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness for manufacturing records, traceability, and system integrity
- Collaborate with IT/OT teams to ensure appropriate security, access controls, and governance are in place
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, industrial engineering, or manufacturing systems
- Demonstrated expertise in BOM and routing design, ECO processes, WIP management, MES, shop-floor execution, and APS/MRP planning
- Hands-on experience with Infor LN Manufacturing or a comparable ERP platform
- Demonstrated ability to Steer cross-functionally and influence without formal authority
- Established experience translating operational needs into clear, actionable process and system requirements
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Experience with Agile PLM, MES / Factory Track, or Salesforce integration
- Background in electronics manufacturing or highly configurable assembly environments
- A clearly defined, documented, and widely adopted global Plan-to-Produce process
- Simplified, stable, and increasingly automated workflows enabling consistent execution across sites
- A predictable, measurable, and scalable NPI handover from Engineering to Manufacturing
- Improved data quality, visibility, and decision-making across the manufacturing lifecycle
- Experience leading or co-leading multi-site ERP implementation, especially standardizing processes across regions
- Tested ability to balance global standards with local operational realities.
- Demonstrated success improving NPI handover, ECO flow, and manufacturing readiness
- Experience aligning PLM and ERP data to reduce late changes and production disruption

Salary Information:
The pay range for this role in Canada is: $95,000 - $130,000 CAD
The listed salary reflects the pay range for a role based in Canada. Compensation may differ based on alternate locations if listed. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role-specific qualifications, and may be adjusted to recognize candidates accordingly.
