Job Overview

The role is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely fulfillment of sales orders by coordinating activities between Server Configuration, System Configuration, and Packout teams. This position ensures outbound documentation, inventory, serial numbers, and configurations are accurate and aligned with sales order requirements in LN to support on-time, error-free delivery.

Who you report to: Manager, Manufacturing Production – Configuration & Systems

What The Job Is All About:

  • Facilitate and organize outbound advice documents between teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and traceability throughout the fulfillment process
  • Combine all sales order items from Server Configuration and System Configuration prior to delivery to Packout to ensure orders are complete and consolidated and are ready for final shipment
  • Validate that all serial numbers on the sales order match outbound advice records in LN to maintain system accuracy, traceability, and compliance requirements
  • Confirm all sales order items are picked accurately and match each sales order line item to prevent shipment errors, delays, or customer impact
  • Issue all sales order line items in the warehouse session, including both hardware and software line items, to ensure orders are accurately processed and released for fulfillment
  • Work closely with Configuration Supervisors and Packout to align priorities, resolve issues quickly, and ensure fulfillment timelines are consistently met
  • Assist with fulfilling PN, MP, and MSO orders as, including generating advice, picking inventory, validating configurations, and completing required checks to support flexible operations and ensure each order meets configuration and quality standards
  • Track production through FLX when appropriate

Who You Are:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies under time constraints
  • Highly reliable with a solid sense of ownership
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, flexible to shifting priorities
  • Occasionally handles equipment setup involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Operates in a manufacturing setting with moderate noise

Salary Information:

The pay range for this role in Canada is: 48,500 - 57,500 CAD

Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role-specific qualifications, and may be adjusted to recognize candidates accordingly.
