The Proto-to-Prod (P2P) Global Process Owner (Process Architect) provides end-to-end leadership for new product introduction, engineering change management, project execution, and serialization controls across all Ross Video facilities. This role links R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehousing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Product Management, and Information Systems to ensure processes and systems are consistent, scalable, and drive operational excellence.

What the job is all about:
- Own and govern the global Proto-to-Prod (P2P) process, including new product introduction (NPI), engineering change management (ECO), project execution, and serialization controls.
- Align stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehousing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Product Management, and Information Systems.
- Harmonize process variations across sites and product lines; act as the decision authority for cross-functional standardization issues.
- Define business requirements for ERP, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MES, and related systems; partner with Information Systems and Solution Architects to prioritize enhancements.
- Ensure process and system designs are robust, scalable, and interoperable with upstream and downstream value streams.
- Establish global standards, documentation, KPIs, and governance; facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and working groups.
- Lead change adoption through communication and training plans; monitor compliance and reporting requirements.
- Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement and data governance (master data) to remove bottlenecks and improve performance year-over-year.
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, product development, engineering, or process management.
- Strong expertise in New Product Introduction, Engineering Change Order flows, project management, master data management, and cross-functional process design.
- Hands-on experience with Infor LN or comparable ERP systems, and /MES or comparable enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Proven experience translating business needs into actionable system requirements.
Bonus points if you have the following:
- Experience with ERP, Agile PLM, MES/FactoryTrack, or Salesforce integrations.
- Background in electronics manufacturing or configurable assembly.
- Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
