We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to represent Ross Cloud & Enterprise Management products internally and externally. This role is a key member of the product team and acts as a subject matter expert, supporting customers, sales, engineering, and support teams through hands-on technical engagement, technical guidance and field support.
This is a customer- and field-facing role focused on clarity, enablement, and adoption, with direct impact on the success of Ross control and cloud solutions.

What the job is all about:
- Represent Ross Cloud & Enterprise Management products internally and externally
- Act as the subject matter expert for Ross enterprise management and cloud solutions
- Support internal teams and customers by walking through product capabilities, workflows, and best practices
- Support sales cycles by delivering demos, product walkthroughs, and technical presentations
- Assist customers and Solutions Architects with solution design, configuration, and real-world use cases
- Develop and maintain product-facing materials such as presentations, demos, and reference content in collaboration with Ross Training
- Conduct enablement sessions to support consistent product understanding across teams
- Support existing customers by providing technical and workflow guidance
- Be the eyes and ears of the product team by gathering market, customer, and field feedback and sharing it with Product Management
- Test new product releases and provide structured feedback to engineering and product teams
- Review product documentation and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to support adoption and growth
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for hands-on support, enablement, and key engagements
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience supporting, enabling or working hands-on with broadcast or production technology products
- Strong experience explaining technical systems and workflows to a wide range of audience
- Proven ability to take complex concepts and convey them clearly and practically
- Excellent, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, support, and product teams
- Background in broadcast, media, or live production environments
- Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment
Bonus points if you have the following:
- Experience with enterprise-scale systems, control platforms, corporate IT, or cloud-based workflows
- Prior experience in technical support, solutions engineering, product specialist, or customer-facing technical roles
- Familiarity with hybrid environments combining broadcast systems and enterprise/cloud infrastructure
