Job Overview:

At Ross Video, we are Living Live! We are at the cutting edge of live video production, powering much of the world’s most compelling content with our smart production solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and motivated Renewal Subscription Sales Specialist to join our team.

The Renewal & Subscription Sales Specialist (RSS) position is a blending of service & sales motions. The RSS team will be focused on achieving their individual team quota as well as working in partnership with our Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales team members, to help achieve annual team sales targets. Each RSS member must possess a hybrid skill set. Extremely strong attention to detail to build renewals, search asset lists and prepare lengthy proposals as well as the confidence and professionalism to be customer facing and selling our extended coverage program, as well as subscription-based products.

Adhering to the principals of the ‘Ross Way to Sell’, the RSS team, will contribute and drive recurring revenue sales as well as subscription, SAAS and cloud product sales, to ensure long-term customer success with all our product offerings. Amplifying focus on customer loyalty as a high importance, to ensure long term customer success rates.

What the job is all about:

  • Managing the different components of subscription product sales and support renewals
  • Preparing the renewal proposals, and notifications as required.
  • Contacting end users/Business Partners directly to discuss renewal and/or subscription contracts.
  • Partnering with team members, both on the Renewal & Subscription Sales team as well as Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales and Sales Operations to ensure effective communication both internally and externally to drive sales of our RossCare extended coverage program and subscription products.
  • Escalating customer pain points to Tech Support team and ensure customers are supported during times of dissatisfaction.
  • Forecasting trends and suggestions on how those trends can enhance retention rates on our subscription-based products
  • Bridging the gap between Sales, and Service/Customer Success.
  • Refining renewal strategies that proactively engage a client to renew YoY

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in the fields of sales, customer success, or renewal sales – or in the B2B SaaS industry is a huge advantage.
  • Highly focused; able to consistently achieve sales objectives through effective account management and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely detail orientated
  • Build lasting business relationships through performance and credibility. Develop positive rapport with people at all levels of responsibility.
  • Strong-working knowledge Salesforce.com, MS-Office package and general computer software.
  • Experience with the ‘Ross Way to Sell’ an asset.

This position is home-based with occasional travel to sales events and industry trade shows.
