As the Product Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to build awareness and drive demand for real-time broadcast graphics products and services through effective product marketing strategies and commercial enablement. This role connects product strategy to marketing programs and tactics that drive revenue and achieve results. Your key objective is to develop product marketing plans, innovative launch strategies, customer-centric messaging, and core content to support product success throughout the product lifecycle. As the owner of product launches and commercial enablement, you will be the subject-matter expert, providing market, customer, and competitive insight and feedback to guide product launch and program execution. You will collaborate across marketing, product teams, services, and the commercial team to drive alignment, develop value propositions and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas, track performance, analyze data, and report results.

What the job is all about:
- Strategy and planning: Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
- Competitive analysis: Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned, as well as have general market intelligence, to make effective commercial decisions.
- Target buyer personas: Understand and document our buyers' process, including where they get information and the who, what, when, and why behind their decisions. Then, based on what you learn, drive changes to our go-to-market strategy and sales enablement assets.
- Messaging and positioning: Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
- Product launches: Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Core content: Collaborate with the marketing content team to develop internal sales enablement assets and externally facing content (including award submissions).
- Performance metrics: Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes.
- Subject-matter expert: Be the marketing voice for your product line and conduit between marketing and product.
- Commercial enablement: Understand and support our sales channels, including business partners; support them through enablement assets and training.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Engineering (with appropriate marketing experience).
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Asana, Canto, Wistia, Aha!.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. Team player!
- Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Strong preference for B2B broadcast and media industry and real-time broadcast graphics marketing experience.
Other:
- Office environment (hybrid / work from home acceptable)
- Occasional requirement to set-up equipment – involves lifting to 50 lbs., reaching, bending, stooping, etc.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to tradeshows and events, as required. Fill in other requirements like travel, driver’s license, valid passport, work environment, physical requirements etc.
