In the position of Regional Sales Manager – North-Eastern Europe you have an entrepreneurial spirit. You are responsible for proactively and aggressively growing both existing and new business relationships for Ross Video in this region either directly or through one of Ross’ designated Channel Partners. You work from your home office and are supported by our EMEA headquarters in the UK and the global headquarters in Canada. You have experience and previous success in sales in Broadcast, Live Production, Content Creation and Delivery, AV Markets, LED sales or related industries. You show passion and commitment to customer service, and you are prepared to develop and to maintain business relationships on a face-to-face basis throughout Poland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. You have a well-honed ability to communicate compellingly at all levels of an organization both in written and verbal form.

What the job is all about:

  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Build and nurture relationships with end users, partners and system integrators
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and business partners in the territory
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate and individual territorial goals
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting activities and assists in setting of territory sales goals with business partners
  • Perform market analysis to determine customer needs and pricing strategies
  • Direct channel development activity in the territory and coordinates sales distribution by establishing business partner territories, quotas and goals
  • Meet monthly order targets
  • Work as a system and product consultant in conjunction with Solution Architects to help customers with their technical challenges and propose the appropriate solutions and products
  • Assist in directing marketing resources to establish Ross Video products in the region
  • Represent company at trade association meetings and exhibitions
  • Assist in coordination and liaison between sales department and other sales related units
  • Assist other departments within organization to prepare marketing plans specific to the territory
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Monitor and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
  • Assist in resolution of customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies, and services

Who you are:

  • Experience Selling & Marketing Broadcast Equipment
  • You love listening to people.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Deep understanding of the broadcast and/or video production business.
  • Previous experience working within a reseller and/or as a manufacturer’s sales or account manager.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience achieving sales targets both via direct and in-direct channels in the Broadcast industry or related field.

  • Willing to Travel up to 60% of the time
  • Full Professional Proficiency
  • Must be fluent in English and ideally another European language (Polish)
  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driver’s License
