Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:

  • Administrative activities
    • Creation of packing lists for transports
    • Entry of goods receipts
    • Maintenance of inventory lists (ropes, truss, consumables)

  • Administrative Tätigkeiten
    • Erstellung von Packlisten für Transporte
    • Erfassung von Wareneingängen
    • Führen von Inventarlisten (Seile, Traversen, Verbrauchsmaterial)
  • Purchasing
    • Consumables for the warehouse
    • Receiving of Goods
  • Einkauf
    • Verbrauchsmaterial für das Lager
    • Wareneingang
  • Bearing
    • Establishing order, organizing disposal
  • Lagern
    • Ordnung schaffen, Entsorgung organisieren
  • Check in / Check out
    • Check in and check out of systems and modules including packaging
  • Einchecken / Auschecken
    • Ein- und Auschecken von Systemen und Modulen einschließlich Verpackung
  • Technology
    • Equipment assembly and dismantling for test purposes
    • Technical checks of the systems according to projects
    • Carrying out simple repairs and maintenance of the systems
  • Technik
    • Montage und Demontage von Anlagen zu Testzwecken
    • Technische Überprüfungen der Anlagen nach Projekten
    • Durchführen von einfachen Reparaturen und Wartungen der Anlagen

Job Requirements: Knowledge/Education/Training/Experience:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Basic knowledge in the field of logistics
  • Basic knowledge in the field of merchandise management
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of electronics
  • Basic knowledge of network technology
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der Logistik
